Jensen did an outstanding job on a roof modification and residing a very large chimney that had some rot and was leaking. Very reasonably priced and they were able to get the work done quickly before the weather went bad. Id recommend them highly for all of your exterior needs.

We had a great experience with Jensen Exteriors from start to finish. We needed some siding replaced and when they took the siding down there was dry rot everywhere. That said the project was still finished in two weeks. Thanks for helping us out Jensen Exteriors!

We had our roof and siding done by Jensen Exteriors. The guys they had come out did a great job for the most part. They did the roof first, which on a hot pert of the summer wasn't a great idea. Jensen didn't order a brick extra in case there were issues, which there were from the guys walking and setting ladders on it during the heat, one of the workers had some shingles at home and they replaced the damaged ones, and color didn't match (which didn't make us too happy, however apparently nothing we could do about it). As for the siding, they did a great job on installing, and was able to add the soffit boards which hid the roofing nails. As for the final touch ups, which were many, since guys were tired and worn out from a much longer install than planned we told them we would finish with it as they were making more work for themselves and us than needed.
As for response times and communication with Jensen, they could use improvement from start to finish. For most part he did get back to us right away on most stuff. The guy they had come out to do the estimate was mostly the issue. In the end we are happy with the overall look and appearance of our home, and have learned a lot of how contractors are these days, not like they were when I was growing up.
